We cater for children with different learning needs

Mirema Differently Abled School caters for children with different needs in an inclusive environment that has zero tolerance towards discrimination. We cater for children with learning difficulties autism spectrum disorders, mild cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, hard of hearing and low vision

Our learning environment is customized to allow each child learn according to their ability with the support of trained special education teachers. Keeping up with best practices in the education of differently abled children a school functional assessment and individual learning assessments are done to determine best placement and progress management for every child.

In regard to placement we have 3 categories integration, mainstreaming and inclusion that will support children who are academically inclined or who require differentiated learning methods that are specific to their needs. The M.D.A School has adopted THE CBC, CAIE (Cambridge) EDEXCEL & ASDAN curriculums to ensure success and progress

We also offer additional support programs such as occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, hydrotherapy and co-curricular activities. For an inclusive learning environment for your child, Mirema Differently Abled School is your supreme option.
